VENDORS

 

DATE: SATURDAY AUGUST 10th

VENDING TIME: 11am-10pm

 

VENDOR FEE: $100 for 10×10 space

FOOD VENDOR: $400 **Please be aware that vendors, including food vendors are NOT allowed to sell beverages of ANY kind**

 

**NO BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND, ILLEGAL MERCHANDISE/PRODUCT OR ALCOHOL SALES ACCEPTED OR ALLOWED**

 

**NO electricity available**

 

**Vendors must bring their own tent, tables and chairs. Must have weights for tents**

 

SET UP TIME: 8:30am-11am

**All vehicles must be removed from set up location by 10:30am**

 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

– Once application is processed and approved, you will be notified. *Payment must be made by July 28th*

**You will only be notified if you are accepted** 

 

**Vendor booths are not secured until payment is received**

 

**There are NO refunds for booth fees. 

 

**SEAN MCNEIL IS THE ONLY CONTACT FOR THIS EVENT**

 

Liability and Release 

– We reserve the right to ask a vendor to leave the show for any reason, or if qualifications of the application are not met 

 

– Only one business per booth is allowed, unless approval has been given 

 

– Inappropriate behavior (rude comments, profanity, insulting remarks, etc) towards the event organizers or other vendors will not be tolerated. If this behavior occurs, you will be asked to leave he event and your fees will not be refunded.

 

– Vendors are not allowed to set up beyond designated times and will not be permitted to set up once the show begins. Vendors that show up late without prior arrangements with us forfeit their space and are not eligible for a refund.

 

– Early exits are permitted after 4pm, but vehicles are NOT allowed to enter vendor areas until 10pm. Bring a cart or other carrying devices if you might leave early. 

 

– No refunds once you have been accepted into the event. 

 

– In the event of bad weather, an act of God, any unforeseen event that could cause a postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the show, revised arrangements will be made, 

 

– All vendors must collect and report their own sales tax. 

 

– It is hereby agreed and understood that the vendor will carry the necessary permits and insurance covering their property displayed by the vendor for all aspects of this experience and hereby exonerates Sean McNeil, Purpose Driven and I-29 Speedway employees or volunteers from any injuries, damages, or losses while setting up, attending, while in transit, or anytime during this event. 

 

– By acknowledging, the vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to this event.
